Do you still remember how you felt during your internship? Yesterday, we held the “Police College President’s Visit & Winter Break Internship Forum for the 41st College Class Students” in the NTPD auditorium, and 199 Police College students who will graduate in June this year participated in the event. Believe that police work and duty environment are no longer unfamiliar to them after their first internship, and they can do better in the second internship starting in mid-January. In addition to Deputy Commissioner Chang’s reminder of the “Three Security” principle, we aim to show students more practical work experience of the seniors in this internship, applying a one-to-one mentoring system to enhance the learning effects.

What mentors pass on is always previous experience after failure and realization of the seniors. After you fully absorb it, it’s all yours.
