After receiving the report from a citizen stating that his relative had charcoal-burning suicidal thoughts due to debt problems, Officer Chen and Officer Hong of Guangming Police Station, Sanchong Precinct applied the emergency mobile location service and accessed the license plate recognition system immediately. They found his last whereabouts in the mountains of Linkou District and rushed to the rescue. When the police arrived, the missing person was burning charcoal in the car.
