To ensure citizens’ traffic safety, the NTPD has cracked down on 204,979 speeding violations from January to September 2023.
Just a kind reminder to all drivers, the amended Act for serious speeding has been implemented since June 30. The speeding limit has been revised from 60 kilometers to 40 kilometers per hour. The maximum fine has also been increased to NTD 36,000, and the license plate of the violator will be suspended for half a year. We suggest everyone not to defy the law. Drive safe and get home safe.
